Special Permit Hearing - Sandisfield Orchard (June 1, 2026)

In accordance with the requirements of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40A and the Sandisfield Zoning Bylaws, the Sandisfield Select Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 6:00pm at the Town Hall, 66 Sandisfield Rd, Sandisfield MA 01255, on the application of 101 New Hartford Road, LLC, also known as Sandisfield Orchard, for zoning relief in the form of a special permit in accordance with Section 3 & 10 of the Sandisfield Zoning Bylaws for expanded retail, cafe, restaurant, cidery and event space at 101 New Hartford Rd, Sandisfield MA 01255, Parcel ID 414-0-49.
