Before you begin any new construction, please check the New Home Construction Permit Checklist before you start. For any other type of new construction for an existing home, check with the appropriate building, wiring or plumbing inspectors below. 

INSPECTION PROCESS: The date that is requested and confirmed through the portal is not guaranteed until such time is confirmed through email by the building official. Kindly provide a point of contact for confirmation. 

The law allows for a 30-day period for a building official to review and act on a building permit application.
