Planning Board Bylaw Hearing

We will hear public input on an Accessory Dwelling Unit Bylaw (to allow ADU's with certain conditions) and a Shared Driveway amendment (to allow shared driveways).  These will be presented to the Select Board and Town Counsel for inclusion on the Warrant for the May 2022 Annual Town Meeting.  We will also present a plan to educate people applying for Building Permits and Special Permits about lighting that prevents light trespass and protects the dark sky in our rural town.
