Short Term Rental Bylaw Approved

The Short Term Rental Bylaw approved by a 2/3 vote at Town Meeting in May 2023 has been approved by the Attorney General without any changes.

Taxpayers have until June 1, 2024 to register with the Town Clerk and comply with the bylaw. The registration fee will be set by the Select Board at their meeting on March 11, 2024. 

Please be aware there are strict violations for noncompliance. In the event that there are three or more violations within a twelve-month period, the right to renew registration shall be denied by vote of the Board of Selectmen.
