Select Board & Town Manager Act Signed by Governor Healey

Congratulations to the town of Sandisfield on the approval of H3907, An Act creating the offices of select board and town manager in the town of Sandisfield, passed by the Massachusetts House of Representatives and Senate and signed by Governor Healey on November 2, 2023. This Act, which passed overwhelmingly at town meeting last November, is available on the town website (see link below). The residents of Sandisfield now have the authority to make certain their town officials work transparently and effectively in their roles as policy leaders and operational managers.
