Non-Emergency Communications Update

Sandisfield has joined dozens of other towns now using the Berkshire County Sheriff's 9-1-1 Regional Dispatch Center for non-emergency communications.

When you call the local non-emergency number, (413) 258-4742, it will ring at the Dispatch Center and, depending on the nature of the call, then be forwarded to our local public safety officials.

"The Berkshire County Sheriff’s 9-1-1 Regional Dispatch Center, located at the Sheriff’s Office headquarters at 467 Cheshire Road in Pittsfield, provides Police, Fire and EMS emergency and non-emergency communications for (26) twenty-six communities in Berkshire, Hampden, and Hampshire counties."
