HOUSING REHAB LOAN

Does your home need repairs? A new roof? New windows? New siding?

The Town of Sandisfield will be applying for CDBG funds with the town of Egremont to provide home repair services to local residents.  The funding is provided by the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development and would provide 0% interest, deferred, forgivable loan up to $40,000 to make critical repairs to your home.   

Funding will be on a first come/first serve basis
