Baker - Polito Adminstation Announces $32 Million in Local Aid to 59 Communities

July 26, 2018 - Baker-Polito Administration Announces that Monterey, Sandisfield and Egremont will receive $1,025,550 for housing rehabilitation for 19 units. These awards will enable our community to address local needs by pursuing a variety of housing, community, and economic development projects.

Does your home need repairs? A new roof? New windows? New siding?

The Town of Sandisfield will be applying for CDBG funds with the town of Monterey to provide home repair services to local residents.  The funding is provided by the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development and would provide 0% interest, deferred, forgivable loan up to $40,000 to make critical repairs to your home.   

Funding will be on a first come/first serve basis
