This version, dated 2/19/21, has been forwarded to the Planning Board.  

Attached is the draft marijuana bylaw that was discussed at the Selectboard meeting on 2/16/21.

This document is currently being worked on. Suggestions made at the 2/16/21 meeting will be added to this draft.  A revised version of this bylaw will be reviewed at the next Selectboard meeting. A copy will be posted on sandisfieldma.gov when it becomes available.
