Notice of Public Hearing for Sandisfield Marijuana Bylaw
The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 6:00 PM via online video/phone conferencing in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 5, on the adoption of a Marijuana Establishments Zoning Bylaw and to update the existing zoning bylaws to reflect the adoption:
CREATE NEW SECTIONS IN THE ZONING BYLAWS:
SECTION 8.I, MARIJUANA ESTABLISHMENTS,
SECTION 9.B – MARIJUANA RETAIL OVERLAY DISTRICT, AND
SUBSECTION 2.B.2 – MARIJUANA RETAIL OVERLAY DISTRICT.
UPDATE SECTION 3.B – TABLE OF PERMITTED USES AND SECTION 3.C – PROHIBITED USES.
UPDATE TABLE OF CONTENTS TO INCLUDE NEW SECTIONS.
A copy of the proposed Marijuana Zoning Bylaw dated 2.19.2021 is available for viewing on the Town Website, sandisfieldma.gov, and is on file and may be inspected by appointment only in the office of the Town Clerk during regular business hours.
Interested parties who wish to express their views may attend via online video conference or by telephone. Zoom information is attached below.
