Definition of "Arms Length" Sales

Only "Arms Length" sales, are allowed described as; the sale was between a willing buyer and a willing seller with no unusual circumstances involved in the sale. Examples of non-arms length sales include and are not limited to; the buyer and seller being related in some way, or have known each other prior to agreement of the sale to make certain exceptions which might result in them not paying full and fair cash value, is a court ordered sale, a foreclosure, and/or a sale to an exempt from tax organization or governmental entity.
