Changes to Act authorizing the town of Sandisfield to continue employment of employees subject to mandatory retirement

The Massachusetts Joint Committee on Public Service made technical changes to the proposed legislation that was approved by voters at Special Town Meeting on 2020-11-12.

These changes require a letter from the Board of Selectman stating that they approve of the language contained in H3856.

The proposed changes are attached.
