Cannabis Bylaws Survey

The survey on this website is in order to guide the Planning Board to craft bylaws regulating Cannabis businesses in Sandisfield.  A version of such bylaws failed to pass at the May Town Meeting and this survey is an effort to create bylaws that will enjoy the support of 2/3 or more of the voters.  Whether you are a resident or not, your opinion is valuable.  Please only fill out once and do indicate whether you are registered to vote in Sandisfield (or expect to be in May 2022) or not.  Of course voters' opinions will be what matters in passing a bylaw even though it has some effect on all property owners as well as renters, so all ideas are grist for the planning mill.  We also hope that more residents will vote next year as the bylaw failed 68 to 58 and there are many more voters than that!  The survey is also a place to mention other things you would like the Planning Board to work on.  Due October 1st, but please get them in as soon as you can!
