Due to the Extreme Heat over the next few days the Sandisfield Town Hall will be offering a cooling shelter. The basement of the Town Hall Annex will be available as a cooling shelter Thursday 7/2/26 and Friday 7/3/26. Thursday there will be individuals available to allow access until 4:30pm. If you need a place to go on Friday July 3, 2026 please contact the non-emergency number of the Sandisfield Police Department (413) 258-4742 to request access to the cooling shelter.
