Public Hearing Scheduled for Berkshire Mountain Cannabis
The Sandisfield Select Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 24 at 7:00p.m to receive public comment on the application of Berkshire Mountain Cannabis, LLC for a special permit to locate an Adult Use Marijuana Retail Establishment at 88 South Main Street under Section 5 of the Zoning Bylaw. The location of the meeting has been changed to the Town Hall Annex, 66 Sandisfield Road. A copy of the application, Host Community Agreement, and Special Permit Conditions are available for public inspection during business hours in the Town Clerk’s Office in Town Hall and on the town website, www.sandisfieldma.gov/select-board. All interested persons are welcome to attend and comment on the application. The meeting space is handicapped accessible.
NOTE: The proposed Special Permit Conditions incorporate the previously approved Host Community Agreement with BMC. Both documents are posted on the Town website and should be reviewed as a single document.
