Data Verification Program & Building Permit Visits

In compliance with Massachusetts Department of Revenue Guidelines, the Board of Assessors in Sandisfield is continuing its Data Verification Program.  The purpose of the program is to collect accurate, complete and current information relative to property attributes.

Starting May 17^th Mayflower Valuation LTD has been in town conducting mandated cyclical/ data verification work as well as Building Permit visits.

The Mayflower staff and their vehicle information is as follows:

• Karl Pighetti – 2005 silver Lexus es330 – Mass plate 558WX2
