The Southern Berkshire Public Health Collaborative's Public Health Nurse will be hosting a Health Clinic on the third Thursday of every month from 10am-11am in the COA office, located in the basement of the Town Hall Annex, 66 Sandisfield Rd, Sandisfield.
Services provided include:
- Blood pressure check;
- Tutorial on how to use home blood pressure monitor;
- Swapping out sharps stored in an approved container;
- Administration of Flu and COVID Vaccine
